Tau Gamma Phi - Asia 2 Community Chapter ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

When you register on the portal or submit our contact form, we securely collect: Full Name, Email, Triskelion Birthdate (membership date), Batch Name, Alias, and Profile Credentials.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your details are processed exclusively for: official chapter record-keeping, verification of membership, fraternity feed updates, contribution logging, and responding to website inquiries.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data is hosted securely using enterprise-grade Supabase servers with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Only authorized chapter officers can access or manage dashboard logs.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to your data, request correction of erroneous profiles, or demand permanent erasure of your portal data at any time.
